ZY Cloning System: Fast, Easy, Efficient and Accurate.  It is an in vivo homology based seamless cloning system. ZY Cloning system assembly reaction is 30 seconds, followed by a 30 seconds heat shock then immediate plating for antibiotic resistance of ampicillin, kanamycin or chloramphenicol. The shortest time including the transfer and pipetting from reaction to transfer to plate is 89 seconds.  It also enables high throughput plating.
